MY
REFLECTIONS
FROM
REFLECTION TO CONVERSATION
Every
Journey Carries an Assignment.
In revisiting my own journey, I found myself thinking more deeply about the choices we make, the circumstances we cannot control, the meaning we attach to difficult experiences, and the ways our understanding of life can change with time.
Rather than offering neat lessons or definitive answers, these reflections explore the questions that remained with me long after the story itself had been written. They are invitations to pause, think, question, and perhaps look at our own journeys from a different perspective.
Each reflection can stand on its own as a thought-provoking theme for speaking engagements, workshops, workplace conversations, university discussions, and other spaces where people come together to explore life, purpose, resilience, choice, change, and the meaning we make from our experiences.
Core Reflections & Takeaways
- Encourages
empathy and patience by recognizing that we rarely know what others—or our
earlier selves—were carrying, urging us to view choices through the lens
of context.
